I can't quite recall when I got this jacket, but it's super comfy and easy to throw on.

I placed an order for an Astros jacket in October to mark their World Series appearance. They let me know right away that there might be a delay due to supply issues and kept me updated throughout the process. The jacket's quality is outstanding. It's a knit Astros jacket, and honestly, it's even better than I thought it would be. This is hands down the best customer service I've ever had. I definitely recommend this store.

I got a fraternity jacket for my son, and the sleeves were intentionally a bit tight. I reached out to the company regarding this, and they sent me some photos showing how to measure properly. Once I did that, I returned the jacket, and they swapped it out for the right size. The jacket is of excellent quality!

We got ourselves a leather Santa jacket inspired by the film Spirited. Upon arrival, the quality was impressive, but the colors didn’t match up and it didn’t resemble the one from the movie. So, we contacted TLC, and they took care of our issues right away. Their communication was top-notch! Once we provided them with the tracking details for the jacket we sent back, they quickly sent us a replacement, and this time the colors were spot on. Unfortunately, we couldn’t wear it last year during the holidays since we ordered it too late, but we’re excited to rock it this holiday season! Big thanks!!!!

Back in September 2022, I made an online purchase for a leather vest from The Leather City. I decided on this item as a gift for one of my employees who has been with us for 45 years. Instead of opting for standard corporate awards, I wanted to give something more personal to each employee. This particular staff member is a huge fan of the show Gunsmoke. The vest I picked out really reminded me of the one James Arness donned in his legendary role as Marshal Dillon. My experience with ordering was quite pleasant, and I got the vest in a timely manner, if I remember correctly. The quality of the vest seemed solid, and my employee appeared to be quite pleased with it.
